This Month’s Campagin

Your Year Your Way

Your Year, Your Way puts people of Hounslow at the centre of their health journey.

This New Year campaign recognises that everyone’s circumstances, goals and starting points are different, and encourages a realistic, pressure-free approach to improving health and wellbeing.

Rather than focusing on strict resolutions, the campaign promotes small, achievable steps and highlights free local support available across Hounslow, helping residents make choices that feel right for them, at their own pace.

We offer a range of free, local health and wellbeing services to support residents at different stages of their journey, including:

  • NHS Health Checks
Free checks for eligible adults to help identify early signs of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease.

  • Stop Smoking Support
Personalised support to help people quit smoking, with advice, tools and ongoing encouragement.

  • Weight Management Programmes
Support to build healthier eating habits and maintain a healthy weight in a realistic, sustainable way.

  • Cook & Eat Sessions
Community sessions focused on affordable, balanced cooking and building confidence in the kitchen.

  • Physical Activity Support
Help to move more safely and confidently through local activity options and Exercise on Referral programmes.

  • Health & Wellbeing Coaching
