Partnered with Healthy Hounslow, Lampton Leisure offers tailored fitness programmes and guidance through the Exercise on Referral programme. Join us for expert advice and personalised workout plans at our leisure centres. 

Join for access to expert advice and personalised workout plans at Lampton Leisure. Our qualified professionals are dedicated to helping you achieve fitness goals and improve your quality of life.

To participate, visit one of the Lampton Leisure Centres listed in the ‘Where you can find us‘ section.

To be eligible for the Exercise on Referral programme, you must meet the criteria below.

  • Be a resident of the London Borough of Hounslow
  • Be over the age of 18
  • Have an inactive lifestyle
  • Present one or more of the following conditions:
    • Mild to moderate depression
    • Obesity (BMI >30 or 27.5 for Asian population)
    • Hypertension
    • Diabetes (Type 1 or 2)
    • Osteoporosis
    • Arthritis
    • Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) or a high risk of CVD
    • Neurological condition

To get started, consult your GP or health professional to enquire about being referred to our Exercise on Referral programme.
