That’s why we run free, fun, award-winning courses across The London Borough of Hounslow, designed by nutritionists and behaviour change specialists.
We’re dedicated to helping you build new habits that will set you up for life, with no ‘quick fixes’ or yo-yo dieting.
You won’t be alone either – as you’ll be able to share notes with friendly, like-minded people.
For adults
We offer online and face-to-face adult programmes to fit into your busy schedule. For 12 weeks, our expert nutritionists will focus on long-term behaviour change to help you achieve your goals.
It’s a caring and inclusive space where you’ll meet other people trying to make better choices.

For families
Our lifestyle programmes have already helped hundreds of 5 to 15-year-olds and their families make healthier choices.
We’ll get the kids excited about nutritious snacks, while you enjoy getting active as a family and learning quick and easy meals to cook together. You’ll get to know other families too!
