How our vapes can help you
Vapes are devices that allow you to inhale nicotine in vapour form instead of smoke by heating a liquid called e-liquid. These liquids come in different nicotine strengths, tailored with the guidance of our smoking advisors.
Nicotine vaping is not risk-free, but it is substantially less harmful than smoking. Although nicotine is addictive, it is relatively harmless to health. Nicotine vapes are one of the most effective stop smoking aids.
Breaking the smoking habit can be tough. Vaping mimics the hand-to-mouth action and sensation of smoking, helping you reduce health risks while transitioning away from cigarettes. Success in switching varies; some transition quickly, while others take longer.

Is Vaping harmful?
Research shows vaping is significantly less harmful than smoking. It exposes users to fewer and lower levels of toxins compared to cigarette smoke. In a 2022 evidence update, UK experts found that vaping poses only a small fraction of the risks associated with smoking.
Cigarette smoke contains thousands of chemicals, many of which are toxic and up to 70 are carcinogenic. In contrast, vape vapour lacks these harmful substances like tar and carbon monoxide. Those under 18 should not take up vaping.
Switching to vaping greatly reduces the risk of diseases like cancer, lung disease, and heart conditions, which are not caused by nicotine itself. However, vaping is not without risks.
Non-smokers and those under 18 should not take up vaping.
If you don’t smoke, don’t vape!
