BetterPoints is a mobile app aimed to motivate people to walk and cycle more and eat better.

BetterPoints Hounslow is funded by the London Borough of Hounslow.

You may have heard about BetterPoints through your employer or have seen it advertised locally. You can join in by downloading the app and following the instructions on your screen.

There are different types of programmes based on who sponsors them and what their objectives are. there are some organisations that reward people for participating in activities they want to encourage.

BetterPoints can be redeemed for vouchers, donated to charity or entered into prize draws (BetterTickets) that give you the chance to win prizes.

Additionally, you may face fun challenges, unlock medals and compete with colleagues or friends.
