Smoking VBA Training Sessions

VBA (Very Brief Advice) training is a program that equips healthcare professionals and anyone else who has regular contact with individuals who are smokers. Through our training, we provide you with the skills to provide quick, effective advice on smoking cessation during routine patient interaction.

The training focuses on the “Ask, Advise, Act” model. Guiding you to ask about smoking status, advise on the quitting benefits, and the steps to support with quitting, like referring to us at Heathy Hounslow. This approach helps integrate smoking cessation into everyday conversations.
