We run free workshops across the London Borough of Hounslow for parents and carers. These explain our services and how we can help families lead healthier lifestyles. 

We understand each family has their own challenges when it comes to behaviour changes. So, we talk about a wide range of topics, which include how to encourage children to try new foods and making healthier breakfast choices.
