What is a free NHS Health Check?
Healthy Hounslow’s NHS Health Checks are delivered by a team of healthcare professionals through our Primary Care Network (PCN) Outreach Service. These are available at community locations across Hounslow, including high streets, parks, community centres and places of worship.
Anyone aged between 25 and 74 who lives, works, or studies in Hounslow, or is registered with a Hounslow GP, can access this free walk-in service. You do not need a GP referral, and no booking is required.

These numbers are recorded on your NHS patient record so your GP or other health professional can follow up if necessary. Our friendly staff will talk you through your results and provide personalised advice about any next steps.
