Access criteria
For adults
- Must live in The London Borough of Hounslow
- Must be aged 18+
- Have a BMI of 30+ (or 27.5 for BAME people or those with co-morbidities)
You can find your BMI (adults & children) on the NHS BMI.
For families
- Must go to school or have a GP in The London Borough of Hounslow
- Child must be above their ideal weight on the BMI centile chart
- Have at least one child in the family aged 5-11
