April is National Stress Awareness Month
At Healthy Hounslow, we are here to support you through the ups and downs of everyday life, especially during Stress Awareness Month. Throughout April, we are focusing on stress, what causes it, how it affects us, and most importantly, what we can do to manage it.
 
Whether you are trying to handle cravings, reduce daily pressures, or simply improve your overall wellbeing, we have created a range of practical tips, resources and support to help you feel more in control.
 
Our Health and Wellbeing Coaching programme offers free, personalised one-to-one support to help you make lasting changes — from building healthier habits to setting achievable goals. If you live, work, study, or are registered with a GP in Hounslow, you are eligible to take part.
